Job Description

Scheduling: Aid in scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure availability.
Calendar Management: Organizing and prioritizing the calendar, including meetings, appointments, meeting management: attendance, documentation, action items, and follow-up.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new team members and contractors. (ordering equipment, securing credentials, setting up introductions, meet with employee to review policy and procedures, ordering corp cards etc).
Data Updates and Tracking: Maintaining excel spreadsheets, Sharepoint sites.
Expense Reports: Filling out expense reports and attaching receipts.
Interview/Hiring Coordination: Coordinating calendars with the interviewing team and HR. Including contractor interviews.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years professional, 5+ years of administrative experience + supporting multiple Execs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Concur for expenses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
