The ideal candidate is a structured, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of enterprise software deployments, system integrations, and business continuity planning. This individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and govern deployment milestones while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

o 3+ years of experience in deployment or release management for Billing system preferably in salesforce eco system.
o Experience with high-stakes cutovers involving both cloud and legacy systems.
o Proven track record of managing enterprise deployments involving Salesforce and ERP/financial systems.
o Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce deployments.
o Understanding of integration platforms such as Boomi/ MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
o Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Harness, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, AutoRABIT, Copado).
o Proficiency in version control, scripting and change management.
