Role Overview: A Data Program Manager organizes, plans, and executes data projects while adhering to budgets and schedules. Leading cross-functional teams, defining project objectives, and communicating with stakeholders, they ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in project/program management.

o Experience with data governance, data cleansing, data migrations, data processes

Experience working with/reporting to a CDO (Chief Data Officer, Data Scientists, DPM (Data Protection Manager)

Experience with Alation is a HUGE plus, data intelligence platform.

o Certifications such as PMP, SAFe6 are a plus.

* Proficiency in Jira and experience working in an agile environment.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
