Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the Midwest region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the generation of revenue through the sale of on-line monitoring systems, technical services, and software platforms to their specified region. They will be responsible for identifying and establishing business relationships and presenting the product and services portfolio directly to customers and through distribution channels. On a daily basis, the Sales Manager will develop strategic account plans to target new customers and will be responsible for retaining existing customers through follow-on sales and support. They will negotiate and implement contracts with new and existing customers, prepare proposals for small and large projects, and provide product demonstrations to customers as needed. They will be responsible for maintaining visibility and accurate records of their opportunity pipeline using the CRM program and will be held to regional sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.

5+ years of technical sales experience with reciprocating/rotating equipment in the oil and gas industry
Strong knowledge of automation, asset monitoring, and IIOT for the oil and gas industry
Demonstrated success in sales, delivering on targets, and business development
Bachelors degree
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent time management, communication skills, and self-driven work ethic
