Job Description
The Product Manager – Data Governance & CRM reports to the Director – Data Management and is primarily responsible for Data Governance, customer relationship management (CRM) system, and data quality and provides all necessary details for the development team to achieve their sprint goals effectively and efficiently. This role manages the CRM system, data quality, data rules, and data dictionary, and works closely with the Product Manager – Data Platforms & Business Intelligence to provide input on defining the data platform and architecture needs for our overall data requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data business, information technology, or related field.
• 7 years of product management experience with master data management, data governance, data profiling, data quality and CRM (i.e., NetForum, Salesforce, etc.).
• At least 5 years of experience in people management, handling onshore & offshore team members; ability to lead a team of 10+
• Experience with product management lifecycle, preferably Agile and/or SAFe.
• Fluent in SQL and creating queries
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with a data governance council
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
