This position is a part of the Production Operations support team supporting a healthcare insurance payers' subsidiary for provider network and customers. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in C programming and Shell scripting, and strong system troubleshooting skills.
*This role will sit remote in a nearshore/LATAM country working in US CST/EST hours. Candidates must be comfortable using a personal laptop*

5-7 years of experience C programming and Shell scripting
Strong understanding of C memory management, and structures/pointers using C language
5+ years of experience working in Linux environment
5+ years of experience in SQL/PL-SQL for any relational database, preferably Oracle
Strong knowledge in general Unix scripting like Shell script and
Well versed in source code version management using GIT repository
Expert in using structures and pointers using C language
Strong Analysis and Troubleshooting skills
General knowledge in Cron job scheduling
Healthcare insurance/claims/payers industry experience
PERL scripting
Batch processing files
