Collaborates with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology resources across the enterprise to manage and prioritize product
backlog.
Determines and tracks utilization of engineering capacity.
Authors User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Leads User Story Refinement.
Accepts User Story delivery based on Acceptance Criteria.
Sprint Planning: Determines what Stories are in a Sprint and what Engineering/QA should work on.
Sprint Execution: Including all Agile Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, release planning, sprint reviews/demos,
retrospectives, etc.
Produces and maintains regular Sprint metrics and Initiative reporting.
Creates relevant documentation to communicate Sprint, roadmap, and release updates to stakeholders.
Utilizes data to analyze, identify, and explain complex issues with product delivery.
Accountable for driving product development requests to completion, working with a combination of on-site, remote, and
offshore development and QA resources.
Monitors and promotes quality assurance of finished product(s).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Agile software engineering environment, including experience leading Agile
ceremonies for Scrum teams and experience as the primary author of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and related technical
details.
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on software development experience is a plus.
CSPO or CSM certification is preferred.
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing SCRUM/Agile projects and documentation.
Proficiency with Lucid (or similar) to create and review data and process flows.
Working knowledge of Figma for reviewing UI designs.
