Job Description

Project Planning & Framework Development:
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
-Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
-Create and manage workstreams across people, systems, supply chain, and operations.
-Implement project tracking tools and templates.

Execution and Coordination:
-Lead cross-functional teams from Engineer to Director level.
-Conduct regular status meetings and manage issue resolution.
-Oversee on-site transition activities and system go-lives.
-Manage distribution center transitions with minimal disruption.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
-Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and leadership.
-Provide executive-level project updates and performance metrics.
-Facilitate stakeholder alignment meetings and coordinate with external partners.

PMO Leadership Support:
-Contribute to broader PMO initiatives, including best practice development and governance enhancements.
-Support additional logistics and distribution projects, including international efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ years of relevant professional experience
-Proven experience in project management within logistics, supply chain, or distribution center environments.
-Strong background in cross-functional coordination across IT, Engineering, EHS, Operations, and Inventory Management.
-Proficiency in project planning tools, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including site closures, consolidations, and system integrations.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting.
-Experience managing projects with capital expenditures (CapEx) over $2M.
-Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels, including up to the SVP level.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Lean Six Sigma certification or PMP certification.
-Experience in continuous improvement and change management within distribution centers.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
-Experience with international logistics and intercompany shipments.
-Familiarity with 3rd party logistics providers, transportation partners, and trade compliance.
