Define and execute test strategies for AI/ML applications
Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks
Design and implement generative AI solutions for QA automation
Collaborate with engineering and product teams on quality metrics and strategies
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Communicate test results clearly to developers and leadership
Debug complex QA and AI/ML-related issues
Mentor QA, software, and ML engineers on best practices
May oversee or perform hands-on validation depending on project needs
Ensure compliance with security and team best practices

Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience in machine learning, software engineering, or data engineering
3+ years of experience with SQL
3+ years of programming experience in Python, C, C++, Spark, Scala, and/or Java
Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix organization
Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
2+ years of experience contributing to financial decisions
2+ years of leadership experience (direct, indirect, or cross-functional)
Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes
Strong understanding of software quality assurance (SQA) methodologies
Experience with:
AI/ML test strategy, planning, and execution
Functional, performance, and exploratory testing
Test automation frameworks using Python and AI-driven technologies
Generative AI for test automation, smart test selection, and failure diagnosis
ML model deployment at scale (e.g., Kubeflow, Seldon)
