Program Manager - AJO

Insight Global's client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team.

Lead end-to-end program management for the planning, implementation, and adoption of the Journey Orchestration Platform (JOP), ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach.
Drive accountability to meet critical milestones and deliverables, tracking performance against both technical and non-technical success criteria.
Facilitate alignment and progress by leading key workshops and sessions with internal Walgreens stakeholders, software vendors, and system integration partners.
Establish and maintain program governance, including timeline management, steering committee operations, meeting cadence, communication strategy, and workstream milestone tracking.
Provide clear visibility into status and risks and enable rapid decision-making across committees and leadership steering groups.

Program manager overseeing business, tech and vendors. And engineering teams, etc. Multi year effort, migrate batch emails, unica, cisco SMS, everything. They will stagger it over a couple of years.

8+ years of Program Management experience
Managed this type of migration before - managing a large complex program- large scale program - at least a 10 million project
Preferred experience with AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) migrations or other platforms (salesforce, braze)
Enterprise level experience
ADO
Excel/powerpoint
Organized, able to multitask
Comfortable presenting to execs
