Job Description
- Own and manage ERP & MRP systems across UK and European operations
- Resolve daily ERP business system issues and user requests
- Lead ongoing ERP upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
- Write and manage reports; extract and interpret data using SQL
- Partner closely with UK and US stakeholders
- Standardize ERP processes, documentation, and controls
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
- Support change management and system governance

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years ERP systems experience in a manufacturing environment
-Led or heavily involved in ERP system migration
- Project management experience (ERP upgrades / implementations)
- Experience with multiple ERP systems (Unity, Winman, Evolve preferred)
- Strong understanding of MRP
- Strong SQL skills (backend / reporting)
- Windows-based enterprise environments
- Experience supporting, upgrading, and standardizing ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder communication; able to liaise with senior leadership
- Willingness to travel and be onsite as required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- ITIL certification or working in an ITIL environment
- Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI experience
- Hands-on leadership of ERP implementations end‑to‑end
- Analytics or reporting experience (system‑agnostic)
