Insight Global is seeking a Treasury Payment Solutions Sales Coordinator for the Personal & Business Banking division at our large banking client. The Treasury Payment Solutions department sells and implements cash management tools such as ACH, remote deposits, wires, etc. The TPS Sales Coordinator will support the TPS Sales Consultants, who are selling these products. Once a sale is made, this individual will build and implement the services, set up the request, conduct KYC/AML reviews to vet the customer before they are set up, and set pricing for the TPS services that have been sold. This is a high volume and revenue generating department so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will be supporting around three TPS Sales Consultants at any given time.

At least 2 years of coordinating, administrative, or customer service experience in banking
Comfortable working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
General understanding of banking products
Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
