In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and end users to deliver innovative digital solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals. Required Skills & Experience

Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products. – Serve as the bridge between the business and technology teams to ensure viability of solution (when Build vs Buy).
Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. – Owning and driving project direction toward achiement of product development checklist between each stage gate. TPM owns stage gate ceremonies and formalization in partnership with business lead
Prioritize product features and enhancements in direct collaboration with PO to provide explicit direction on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Support/Manage the entire product lifecycle, from Ideation, Assess, Discover, Build, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and efficient handoff through Ready to Realize.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products.
Use data analytics tools to monitor user behavior, identify pain points, and inform product decisions.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product hypotheses.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices in product management and technical problem-solving.
Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress.
