client is looking for a sharp tax admin who supports the internal tax function
by managing administrative tax tasks, supporting compliance processes, and
helping establish scalable systems for tax reporting. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their tax experience in a

Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of tax experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a calendar
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and stay on top of deadlines
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Willingness to be onsite in Chicago office 2x/week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Experience with Workday financial reporting
Exposure to Avalara for sales tax reporting
Experience with Unclaimed Property reporting
Familiarity with setting up tax processes from scratch
