Job Description

A client in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They will be joining a digital technology project that oversees a contact center web application. They will be responsible for managing several scrum teams/pods of developers that work towards the build and maintenance of this application. They will be working with and presenting to executive leadership on a daily basis, and need to be highly organized and versed with the tools above!

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience managing more than 1 project at once/more than 1 scrum team at once
Experience managing an application development project and familiar with SDLC
Experienced with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing a budget of $5 million +
Experience working in an enterprise environment
Experience with Jira, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills
Scrum master experience and ability to manage and track scope creep
