Job Description

The Senior QA Automation Developer will lead the design, development, and support of automated testing frameworks across all layers (unit, integration, API, performance, UI, regression, and data quality). This role requires a proactive, learning-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly understand new products and leverage AI systems to accelerate testing and development. The position will focus heavily on automation (80–90%) and collaborate with global teams in the US, Bulgaria, and India

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in QA Automation, Performance, or Application Development

Expertise in designing, building, and supporting test automation frameworks

Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, and Python (or similar tools)

Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write/run SQL queries

Familiarity with automation and load testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, JMeter)

Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure)

Ability to develop automation for Web applications, APIs, reports, and data layers

Cross-browser automation testing expertise

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall methodologies

Ability to work with both established and new automation infrastructures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using AI systems (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate work

Familiarity with tools for rapid test data and code generation

Experience with system performance testing and analysis

Technical assistance to improve system reliability and scalability

Experience with both first-party and third-party automation environments
