Job Description
This leading specialty insurance organization is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to support a large-scale integration initiative between ServiceNow ITSM and Saviynt (IAM tool). The role focuses on automating application access provisioning and streamlining onboarding processes across a highly customized enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and Saviynt to enable automated provisioning and access management.
• Onboarding new applications into the integration framework (150+ applications planned; 3 already onboarded since April).
• Building and maintaining Service Catalogs within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Performing enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of integration points to ensure stability and scalability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customization nuances and deliver repeatable, efficient solutions.
An ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow integration expertise, hands-on experience with Saviynt, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with complex customizations. Familiarity with insurance or InsurTech environments is a strong plus.

7+ years of Development experience
Strong ServiceNow Integration Experience, including:
- ServiceNow ITSM Module
- Creating Service Catalogs
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Saviynt
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in Insurance or InsurTech environment
