We are seeking 2 experienced Senior IT Project Managers to assist in managing a complex IT program with multiple parallel work-streams and technical teams (internal + outsourced). The project is a massive Salesforce Consolidation across multiple institutions. This is a data and systems migration of Salesforce. The project is nearing Go Live, so these resources have to be adaptable, able to build rapport quickly, dont need hand holding, and can take control quickly. They will report into our IG Senior Lead Program Manager.
These resources need to be able to roll up their sleeves and get in the weeds they will have to open issue logs, enter issues, follow up, and close the issue. They will join daily stand ups in the AM and PM and need to be able to actively listen, connect dots, address concerns, and point out risks. This is a very fast paced environment and ramp up time is minimal.
Project execution supports key business objectives, ongoing operations, and may cross business segments. The individual in this role will have a track record of project delivery success and will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help communicate, organize and manage information technology projects to maximize the benefits for our stakeholders and business segment customers.

8-10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience (must come from IT background!)
Salesforce migration experience systems and data integration
SDLC understanding we need someone who can speak in technical terms and deal with technologists
PM Tool experience with Jira or ADO
Charting, queries, etc.
Microsoft Excel Pivots Tables, vLookups, write formulas, Data manipulation
Microsoft PowerPoint ability to put together solid decks of their own works and speak to it must have detail
Impeccable communication ability to communicate/present to C-Level execs and work with cross-functional teams to roll up their sleeves and get projects done
Lead complex projects involving multiple departments that have significant impact on business productivity and operations.
Independently manage timelines, resources, budget and implementation efforts.
