Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their Agile Transformation team. This role requires a combination of Agile expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile practices, connect with business stakeholders, and drive improvements to increase efficiency and impact of different initiatives the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their context, challenges, and goals.
Adapt Agile practices to fit specific team and business contexts.
Facilitate key agile ceremonies and routines for teams and PODs, ensuring adherence to agile principles (eg. Scrum, kanban, other frameworks).
Facilitate workshops and meetings where necessary, to ensure effective collaboration between the Team, Product Owner, and Stakeholders
Support the Team in creating overall transparency on the status of their work, ensuring appropriate information radiation and collaboration
Establish and track key metrics to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Remove impediments to allow the Team to continuously deliver value.
Identify areas for improvement and propose changes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in agile PODs and non-agile portions of the company
Help the team create a culture of collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement, while keeping a sustainable pace
Act as a change agent in the organization, coaching, teaching, or facilitating as required to help the organization improve its overall business agility and culture
Mentor and develop new Scrum Practitioners added to the group, ensuring the Scrum Master community is following best practice
Be able to train other in agile practices
Track Agile maturity of PODs, encouraging innovative ideas to address wider business challenges
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new Agile techniques, applying this knowledge to improve team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Scrum Certified (ex: CSM or ICP-ACC) with 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Experience leading PI Planning or big team planning (with Product Owner(s))
Experience in different Agile scaling frameworks (ex: LeSS, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale)
Experience with Agile approaches/practices (ex: Retrospective formats, Kanban, visualization frameworks, user stories, relative estimations)
Experience with Jira/Confluence/Miro or similar tools
Experience facilitating remote teams and kicking off new Agile teams
Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer needs
Soft skills: excellent communication skills (written & verbal), articulate, facilitator, influential to stakeholders, motivational, servant leadership, empowering, transparent, conflict resolution, situationally aware, etc.

Scaled Agile certification
Agile transformation experience
