Job Description

The Senior Portfolio Analyst will be part of a dynamic team who supports the continuous evolution of enterprise portfolio management systems, processes, roadmaps and communication by taking a proactive, organized and detailed approach. This employee will be supporting enterprise-wide engagement focusing on enterprise evolution and business transformation. They will be developing communication strategies, giving ongoing updates to the business and various stakeholders involved in the project. They will be driving projects for the Finance, IT, Product Management, and Claims groups from the beginning through post implementation. The Senior Portfolio Analyst will be creating roadmaps to ensure the stakeholders up to speed across the portfolio.

Additional Responsibilities:
Support administration, reporting, roadmap development and other activities as needed for the enterprise portfolio. Support process evolution, documentation, and communication.
Support the enterprise methodology and reporting related to the prioritization and sequencing of enterprise-level projects as well as other cross-portfolio communications.
Partner with stakeholders to manage project request intake to ensure strategic alignment and real business outcomes; Support and evolve Enterprise Benefits Realization process, templates, calendar and communication plan by leveraging an organized approach to collaborative and detailed planning, thorough documentation, alignment of stakeholders and executive ready deliverables.
Prepare and analyze reports that represent overall Portfolio health, and monitor leading indicators that could negatively impact efficient execution
Ensure adherence to and be a champion for appropriate governance processes

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience with portfolio or project management, analysis, or high-level coordinating
Experience in the insurance, consulting, or financial services industry
Very strong Microsoft Office PowerPoint skills
Change management and project planning experience
SharePoint and Excel
Bachelors Degree
Comfort working in a fast-paced, fast-growing, highly interactive environment
Collaborative, curious, confident, and has a passion for continuous learning and growth
Solid relationship building with partners across the organization at all levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker and proactive decision maker

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of Tableau or ServiceNow
