Manage the procurement process for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct peer reviews of MEP designs to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
Review Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals and project schedules, including construction phasing, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Oversee field quality control activities, ensuring adherence to approved means and methods.
Monitor MEP contractor performance, including manpower allocation and work sequencing, to ensure efficient project execution.
Lead and participate in on-site MEP coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Review and recommend approval of MEP contractor change orders, ensuring they are justified and within project scope.
Oversee the completion of MEP punch list items and conduct inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards.
Supervise the procurement of long lead materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to avoid project delays.
Oversee MEP contractor coordination with local utilities (gas and electric) to ensure seamless integration with project requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
