Job Description

You will shape the platform’s end-to-end experience model, define reusable workflow and interaction patterns, and ensure coherence across all user touchpoints. This role is strategic and hands-on: you will lead experience architecture and also mentor designers, define standards, and review detailed design outputs. You will be a critical voice in aligning Product, Engineering, and Architecture toward a unified platform experience.

• Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end workflows across multiple personas and operational systems.
• Proven ability to translate research insights into platform-level experience frameworks.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring UX teams or acting as a senior-level design lead.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; experience developing or scaling component libraries preferred.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills to influence alignment across Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones (U.S. and India).
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics environments, or workflow automation is a plus.
