Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Global Payroll Analyst to support multi-country payroll system implementations, including Workday HCM. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across global entities during system transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering across international locations.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to support Workday HCM integration and other system rollouts.
Validate payroll configurations, pay rules, and compliance requirements for each country.
Conduct data migration audits and parallel testing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Develop documentation, training materials, and SOPs for global payroll teams.
Monitor project timelines, resolve implementation issues, and ensure successful go-live support.
Stay current on international payroll regulations and system capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience with global payroll operations and implementations.
• Associate degree.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and payroll integration best practices.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll projects and vendor relationship with ADP.
• Knowledge of international payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with LATAM payroll integrations.
• Bachelor degree.
