Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in FIS platforms, Business Objects (BIC/SAP BusinessObjects Intelligence Center), and enterprise data lineage creation and governance. Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with FIS platforms (e.g., FIS Profile, FIS Horizon, FIS Modern Banking Platform, or equivalent core banking systems), including deep knowledge of FIS data structures, schemas, and integration patterns.
· 3+ years of experience developing and administering Business Objects (BIC/SAP BusinessObjects Intelligence Center) solutions, including universe design, report development, and data source connectivity.
· Expert in communicating with varying levels of Business Intelligence experts to understand BIC authoring, usage, maintenance, and provide appropriate alternatives
· Demonstrated expertise in data lineage creation, documentation, and governance within complex financial services environments.
· Expert proficiency in data-driven applications, relational databases, data modeling, and database design, with specific experience in financial systems data.
· Broad expertise in data technologies including data warehousing, ETL pipelines, data quality frameworks, business intelligence, and analytical tools.
· Experience with enterprise data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica Axon, Alation) for lineage tracking, metadata management, and data stewardship workflows.
· Strong understanding of regulatory data requirements relevant to financial institutions (e.g., BCBS 239, SOX, AML/BSA data controls).
· Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
· Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
