Salesforce Technical Business Analyst - INTL - India

The Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Salesforce implementation and enhancement requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications such as data models, workflows, process diagrams, and user stories. Work closely with developers and administrators to ensure successful configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions. Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and alignment with business needs. Provide ongoing support and training to end users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training sessions. Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements, system optimizations, and enhanced functionality. Manage all Asia Pacific user stories based on business prioritization, participate in UAT, develop test scenarios, report bugs, and investigate issues. Ensure best practice design and implementation of the Salesforce system by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

- 3+ years salesforce experience
- Experience with Salesforce development and implementation in an agile environment
- Experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud
o Including OWC, declarative tools, workflows, flows, order of execution, validation rules, security controls

- Salesforce Technical Architect Certified
- Other salesforce certification:
o Advanced Administrator
o Business Analyst
o Platform App Builder
o Platform Developer 1
o Sharing & Visibility Architect
