Job Description

This financial services company is looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst to lead both manual and automated testing across Sales Cloud and integrated enterprise applications. This person will execute functional and regression testing within sprints, then build and maintain automation scripts (Selenium or similar) post‑sprint to reduce backlog and improve release stability. They will validate end‑to‑end workflows, identify edge cases, assess Salesforce changes that may impact other systems, and provide QA sign‑off for deployments.

The QA Analyst will work closely with developers, product owners, and integration teams to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and reliable cross‑application behavior. The ideal candidate is strong in Salesforce testing, automation, workflow validation, and understands how to test complex integrations in a high‑volume environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Salesforce QA experience with Sales Cloud
Hands‑on test automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent)
Experience with manual + automated testing across sprints
Ability to validate Salesforce workflows, flows, edge cases, and integrations
Experience with SOQL for data validation
API testing experience (Postman or similar)
Strong defect tracking experience (Azure DevOps or Jira)
Ability to provide QA sign‑off for Salesforce deployments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Marketing Cloud
Automation framework experience (BDD, API automation, etc.)
Experience testing in financial services or other regulated environments
