Job Description
This individual functions as the business "Admin" of the system and is accountable for system-related activities including but not limited to regular maintenance and up-keep, business requirement documentation, user-story creation, flow documentation, etc. Admin is the primary point of contact for the business users and IT counterparts to ensure system-related activities are executed and aligned with strategic direction. Admin is well-educated on system functionality and uses that knowledge to facilitate streamlined support of the application for the business operation. Their objective is to optimize platform performance through closely collaborating with business stakeholders in gathering and defining solutions to realize business goals.

Required Skills & Experience
A strong, hands-on working knowledge of SFDC functionality and capabilities. Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and effectively guide stakeholders.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with leadership, project management team & stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills.
3-5 years of proven SFDC experience.
Proven experience in successfully collaborating with stakeholders on technology initiatives
Proven experience in developing & implementing strategies for large scale technology initiatives
