Job Description

An employer is looking to add a Sales Enablement Specialist to our client's team. This person will become our client's in-house sales platform expert, providing internal teams with training and on-going support across tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Winmo and Gong. The Sales Tool Specialist will work with our client's sales leadership and external vendors to maximize productivity across our sales tools, including communicating new capabilities, developing improved processes, and providing general best practices. Additional responsibilities include researching, vetting and onboarding new tools to support our client's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a Salesforce Administrator Certificate or something similar

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience working with Salesforce as a "super user"

Ability to train others on how to best utilize salesforce and get the most out of the software

Salesforce Administration Certification or similar

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teams

Demonstrated confidence and discipline to work independently

Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in digital advertising sales or a sales organization, to understand the needs of seller

Experience working with Pardot, Gong, Winmo (or other relevant lead gen tool), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Showpad and/or Docusign
