As a hands-on Lead Software Engineer/Architect in technology architecture, you will architect and drive the design and development of complex, highly integrated, data-intensive custom applications. Work with a team of experienced developers, system analysts, and QA testers and regularly interact with business partners regarding requirements and project milestones. Hands-on and staying very technical. Responsible for developing solution architectures that reflect the integration of business logic, processes, and data that deliver on the business need. Guide solution delivery teams in the implementation of the solution architecture. Contribute to the architecture roadmap that integrates and aggregates all of the solutions for a business unit.

7-10 years of application software engineering experience in Microsoft technologies - Expert with Azure, .NET, Asp.NET, C#, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and MVC
Recent 1-2+ years as an application solution architect/lead, providing guidance to developers with creating design roadmaps, prototyping solutions, emergency code, and performing code reviews.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Azure functions.
Understanding of architecture principles and concepts.
Experience implementing UI with technologies like Telerik, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, etc. or other frontend frameworks.
Hands-on development for prototype solutions.
Strong code debugging skills.
Must be a thought leader who has been responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps.
Prior experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Technology experience within banking or financial services is preferred

Experience with Microservices
DevOps experience
Microsoft/Azure certifications
Architect certifications
