Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead operations at our new experiential retail space. This store will showcase products from online brands, allowing customers to interact with demos and purchase items via QR codes linked to each product. The manager will be the face of the store, guiding customers through the experience, supporting product education, and driving engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the retail space, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Educate customers on how to demo products and use QR codes to make purchases online.
• Encourage product interaction and provide knowledgeable support to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and manage retail associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Coordinate with brand partners to ensure accurate product displays and updated QR code links.
• Monitor inventory of demo units and ensure proper maintenance and presentation.
• Track customer feedback and purchasing trends to inform future merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to optimize the in-store digital experience.
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative duties.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, customer experience, or brand activation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for educating and engaging customers.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable torubleshooting wifi connectivity and using mobile apps, QR code systems, and digital POS tools.
• Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative, energetic store culture.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Management of retail layouts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with emerging brands or in experiential retail is a plus.
• Experienced with popular social media platforms and marketing content creation.
