Job Description
This role is a Senior MarTech Project Manager working at a large global Hotel company. In this role you will support internal alignment across marketing, operations, and technology teams, as well as clarify responsibilities, handoffs, and governance for CRM and campaign execution.
Key Projects You’ll Support:
Transactional Email Program
Push Notification Program
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
Drive transactional email work through completion (current phase through June)
Support rollout planning for additional brands and portfolios following launch
Review CDP audiences and how they feed into the ESP
Prioritize push notification campaigns across multiple workstreams
Plan and schedule campaign rollouts with cross‑team alignment
Support definition of ownership, workflows, and responsibilities across teams
Partner with Marketing Operations and cross‑functional teams to:
Connect workstreams
Identify dependencies
Ensure CRM initiatives continue moving forward
Identify campaign process gaps (e.g., QA failures) and drive clarity on:
Issue ownership
Resolution paths
Process improvements
Review CDP audiences, interactions, and downstream impacts to ESPs and push platforms
Track progress across CRM initiatives and escalate risks or blockers as needed
Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable outcomes
Allocation: ~60% strategy / ~40% execution
Impact: Bring structure, prioritization, and alignment to a fast‑moving CRM program with multiple cross‑functional initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
5+ Years of MarTech Project Management experience, working with: CRM and MarTech technologies, including CDPs, ESPs, and CMS platforms
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements between business and technical teams
Demonstrated experience operating between CRM, Marketing, and Technology functions
MUST HAVE Managed CRM initiatives and marketing programs, including:
Email marketing campaigns
Push notification campaigns
Multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns
Experience supporting or leading:
Transactional email redesigns
Email campaign build, QA, launch, and measurement
Experience partnering with external creative, brand, or marketing agencies, including providing feedback and managing alignment
Strong prioritization skills across multiple concurrent CRM workstreams
Experience identifying and closing gaps related to branding consistency, ownership, and operating models
Ability to “herd the cats” across teams—driving clarity around:
Roles and responsibilities
Intake processes (e.g., who requests emails, who reports results)
Campaign QA ownership and issue resolution
Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills
Experience working cross‑functionally with digital, data, MarTech, and application teams

Prior experience replatforming a CRM
Background in hospitality (in‑person experience preferred)
Experience partnering closely with design firms or brand agencies
Familiarity with campaign orchestration and lifecycle tooling
