Job Description

Execution of Customer Journeys & Retention Campaigns
Assist in planning, developing and executing strategic lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive funding, balance growth and retention across US Checking accounts.
Assist in assignment brief development for campaigns.
Serve as daily POC for creative and partner feedback for Lifecycle Checking initiatives. Provide strategic recommendations to team regarding campaign execution, based on in-depth understanding of Checking needs/priorities.
Manage and optimize existing Checking Onboarding journeys.
Manage automations/triggers across email and DM; manage the execution and development of strategic cross-sell email journeys across 7 plus products.
Support the integration of Checking products into new Lifecycle journeys (i.e., F25 Early Tenure Onboarding Journey), with a focus on customer onboarding, engagement and retention.

Process Management
Accountable for following processes and procedures inclusive of managing WF templates, LOB and compliance approvals and reporting share outs Produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for Checking Lifecycle Marketing

Stakeholder Management
Serve as primary relationship for Checking Lifecycle marketing Manage relationships throughout the organization and serve as a POC for additional Lifecycle inquiries where needed

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience providing requirements for Customer Journeys as a marketing strategist. Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or related field.
Experience strategizing and executing Lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns that include multiple channels such as email, direct mail, text, digital channels (e.g., app and displays) and direct mail.
Experience working with a Marketing Automation platform (SFMC preferred) to build marketing campaigns around customer journeys from scratch
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and product partners to execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Data-driven decision-making.
Strong verbal & written communication skills. Ability to speak up and ask questions if needed
Comfortable working in changing, high growth environments; comfortable with ambiguity and working in matrixed organizations.
Creative problem-solving skills and excellent creative sensibilities.
PowerPoint experience, presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Local to Chicago or San Francisco
o Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud: understand the steps to build the journeys (understanding requirements, timelines for how quickly things can be built, understand the capabilities for SFMC Journey Builder)
o Financial services marketing and advertising, preferred. Advertising and/or creative agency experience an asset.
