- They will primarily be helping with the Salesforce Consolidation program
You will share weekly program-wide updates via Saleforce B2C Hub -- email
Will also support their Growth with Purpose initiative providing program-wide updates regarding the below:
Product enhancements, innovation, enterprise programs, tech lifecycle, institution specific communication
Work with Change Manager to conduct hub membership mgmt and updates
IT-wide initiative communication
Sending Monthly IT Newsletters/Monthly Executive Reports
Working closely with the change management team
Email updates, weekly OMC status emails
Communicating with Sr Directors and Directors to collect content for Monthly newsletter
Joining IT Town Hall meetings and taking notes to follow up via email after
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting Communications support:
Establish an organized approach to routine
Create a cohesive communication strategy
Identify target audience for each communication
Implement content reuse across updates.
Develop a reporting architecture with a clear sequence of events and a timeline.
Ensure timely creation and utilization of content
Define three levels of updates: internal team, IT, and business-level outward updates.
Streamline operations for better flow of communication and reporting
