One of Insight Globals largest food & beverage clients is seeking an individual to backfill a role that is hybrid between a Project Change Management Lead (PCM) and a Scrum Master with a strong background in CPG Commercialization. This individual will be supporting the growth & innovation team and assisting in mapping/building a pipeline for the team as they go through a disruptive innovation product in the global market. This individual needs to have a strong understanding of commercialization, knowing the steps they need to go through, working with cross functional teams in Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, etc. This will involve working with the R&D team as they build formula, identifying an external manufacturing plant as they test the product launch, working the regulatory team on regulatory requirements for the product and more. This individual will need to feel comfortable working with a variety of audiences from the plant floor to leadership in the corporate space, they will also dig in and challenge ideas in a positive and constructive manner to achieve a successful product launch. The ideal candidate will have, at a minimum, a basic understanding the principles of Agile/Scrum, although it does not need to be by-the-books since this is a non-traditional Agile team.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Commercialization experience
3+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices
Food & Beverage industry background (ex: Kellogg, McDonalds, Pepsi, etc.)
