Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls; manage voicemail and email inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and visitor access.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Facilities Coordination:

Log and track maintenance requests.
Communicate with facilities team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist with scheduling repairs and vendor visits.


Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
Act as a liaison between employees and facilities for workspace needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience coordinating with facilities or maintenance teams.
Familiarity with work order systems or facilities management software.
Knowledge of visitor management systems.
Background in office administration or hospitality.
