Day to Day:
Support and implement Opera Property Systems across Hyatt environments
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for system changes and upgrades
Perform diagnostics, monitoring, and trend analysis on incidents and alarms
Participate in planning and execution of Opera-related projects
Maintain runbooks and documentation for support and project tasks
Provide technical guidance and support for new technologies and integrations
Engage in disaster recovery testing, EMV gateway implementation, and environment builds
Collaborate with application technicians and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

Experience with Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS) installation and troubleshooting
5+ years Windows Administration experience
1 year of experience with Networking (F5, DNS, Certificates)
1 year of experience with Virtualization (vSphere)
1 year of experience with Automation/Scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
ITIL best practices and incident management
