Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a strong Program Manager to join their team to work on their EMQS system (quality management for warehouses). The team needs to stabilize and drive execution. They need someone who has strong experience with governance, planning, communication, risk management, dependency tracking and status reporting. They are looking for someone who is organized with a structured thinking process to rein in the team.

Required Skills & Experience

-6-10 years of Program Management experience, within different organizations.
-Worked within both hybrid Waterfall and Agile
-Proven experience managing system integrators / external vendors - -Vendor management and recovery (turnaround situations)
-Experience in phased global rollout programs across regions
-Be able to push back with senior management
-Confident in the room and have a conversation
-Large-scale program leadership (multi-region, multi-workstream)
-Strong governance and operating model design
-Executive stakeholder management (VP/SVP level)
-Structured planning and delivery discipline (roadmaps, dependencies, risk mgmt)
-Change management in complex transformation programs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience leading global ERP / quality systems (EQMS, SAP QM preferred)
-CPG or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
