Insight Global's client is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. One a day to day basis we need someone who will be supporting the digital pharmacy team and some of the retail ordering team. This person won't be responsible for coordinating all the projects as there are people for each project. The biggest challenge with this role will be the people management of the role. The projects are big and will span a lot of different teams so people able to work cross functionally and dealing with a lot of stake holders is very important. Making sure the key work is getting delivered upon, clearly articulating risks, there are so many people that are involved, they will be coordinating across business, directors, UX, product, IT.

-5-10 years of Project or Program experience within the digital space- need to have managed more than one project at a time (ideally 4 projects or more at a time)
