One of Insight Globals largest food & beverage clients is going through an HR Transformation and are building out a new team to assist with these efforts. Originally, the organization allowed autonomy of each region/zone to design their operational model and technologies within the HR space which has led to the utilization of multiple payroll systems, talent attraction systems, learning management systems, etc. Given the organization is moving into AI, they are looking to create a centralized global operation model and to manage the end-to-end experience in one best way.
Our client is seeking a Product Manager (WorkDay HCM) to join their People Product team. This role will focus on providing a more positive experience for internal employees through WorkDay HCM. The Product Manager will have a deep understanding Agile methodologies and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Design, etc. They will also partner with a third-party vendor on the overall HR transformation initiative. The Product Manager will use their product management playbook to identify the best practices, processes and tools in their daily practice and create a strong product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the teams to execute on.
The ideal Product Manager will have strong knowledge of HR, foundational expertise within WorkDay HCM including positions, comp structures, tenant foundations, workflows, reports, etc., understand how to build/implement a HCM platform at global scale.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining a product strategy and roadmap focused on alignment with our clients strategic goals.
Driving end-to-end ownership of multiple applicable HR system solutions for new features and solutionsensuring adoption across the company.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new intuitive products and/or improvements to existing people product solutions in the HR space.
Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of the product team and problems to be solved.
Communicating product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, during weekly/monthly playback routines.
Providing strong leadership to the product team, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Developing and communicating a clear and transparent future state product vision that aligns with the company's overall 10-year strategy and inspires the team to deliver exceptional results.

7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in the HR realm
Strong experience articulating product management playbook (i.e., practices, processes, tools)
Strong ability to develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Strong Agile experience and collaboration skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Soft skills: driven, confident, etc.
Experience with additional HCM platforms: SAP SucessFactors, Oracle
Experience/expertise implementing WorkDay HCM (including positions, comp structures, tenant foundations, workflows, reports, etc.)
Global experience on HR initiatives
