Presentation Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Presentation Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for wide employee distribution and leadership support. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise in presentation design, typography, and visual storytelling to drive audience engagement and communicate complex content in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations using brand and identity guidelines, templates, color themes, and reusable elements to streamline presentation development
Apply strong typography skills to enhance complex content readability and create beautiful simplicity, depending on the density of the content
Utilize design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Firefly generative AI, and Figma, to create visuals and infographics that improve content quality and audience engagement
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to:
Capture project direction and requirements
Expertly manage incoming revisions and execute feedback, occasionally providing visual and strategic enhancements that achieve project goals
Manage progress expectations and timing, proactively scheduling meetings with agendas to remove roadblocks and ensure successful project delivery
Demonstrate a strong understanding of other Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as collaboration tools like Miro
Work independently as a self-starter, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work remotely and maintain regular communication with the direct manager, providing progress updates a few times weekly

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality presentations using templates, color themes, and reusable elements
Strong skills in typography, with the ability to enhance complex content readability and create beautiful simplicity
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Figma
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of other Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently as a self-starter, with minimal supervision
Experience working remotely, with the ability to maintain regular communication with the direct manager and prioritize tasks effectively
Must have personal hardware and software licenses to support the role expectations
Nice to Have:

Experience with Firefly generative AI and Miro
Knowledge of visual storytelling principles and best practices
Certification in graphic design, presentation design, or a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
