Job Description

We are looking for a Pharmacy Data Expert with 3-5 years of experience in analyzing pharmacy and medical data. The role involves joining medical and pharmacy claims, understanding pharmacy benefits utilization, unit cost trend drivers, rebate impact, and 340B programs. A solid understanding of data standards, file layouts, and ETL processes is essential. Experience with claims analysis reference files (NCPDP, Medi-span, First Databank, CMS ASP, NPPES) is required. The candidate will interface with client technical staff and project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 yrs experience performing analysis of pharmacy and medical data including joining medical and pharmacy claims, pharmacy benefits utilization and unit cost trend drivers, rebate impact, 340B programs
Demonstrated understanding of data standards, file layouts, ETL process
Experience working with various data reference files for claims analysis- NCPDP, Medi-span, First Databank, CMS ASP and other public use files, NPPES and other provider reference sources,
Interface with client technical staff and project team
Ability to travel as required
