Job Description
As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you will serve as in-house support for payroll tax compliance and issue resolution. While tax filings are managed through a third-party provider, you will ensure all payroll tax matters are actively monitored, reconciled, and resolved. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, minimizing risk, and strengthening internal controls across the payroll function.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of US payroll processing experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
· Experience working in multi-state payroll environments
· Proven experience resolving tax notices and agency inquiries
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Strong Collaboration skills with the ability to develop cross-functional business relationships
· Experience working in a controlled or audit-focused environment is a plus
• ADP Smart Compliance experience
