Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Lead to optimize our human capital analytics ecosystem following a recent Oracle Cloud HCM go-live. This role bridges HR operations, IT, and clinical/administrative leadership to design, build, and maintain operational reports, executive dashboards, and workforce analytics tailored to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Primary Responsibilities
Report & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and optimize complex reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extract, and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Reporting.
Post-Go-Live Support: Address post-implementation reporting backlogs, resolve complex data discrepancies, and optimize query performance for high-volume healthcare datasets.
Healthcare Workforce Analytics: Develop specialized reports for healthcare operational needs, including nurse-to-patient ratio tracking, license/certification monitoring, PRN shift usage, union pay rules, and clinical turnover metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR business partners, clinical management, and payroll teams to translate operational requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract) with at least 1 full-lifecycle implementation or post-go-live support cycle.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Direct experience in a healthcare setting with strong understanding of clinical staffing models, credential/licensure tracking, multi-facility reporting, and complex healthcare pay rules.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle HCM data models (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting), and report performance tuning.
