Pay Rate

$38 - $48 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

· Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
· Serve as a direct caregiver for oncology and hematology patients
· Conduct patient visits in clinic and via telemedicine
· Prescribe therapies and initiate interventions as appropriate
· Perform procedures after proper training
· Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and wellness
· Incorporate evidence‑based research into clinical practice
· Complete medical documentation and charge capture accurately and timely
· Provide limited case management and connect patients with community resources
· Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
· Support compliance with OSHA, regulatory standards, and US Oncology Compliance Program
· Participate in hospital rounding and potential weekend or after‑hours call rotation
· Promote or assist with staff education initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

· Bilingual: English and Polish (conversational fluency)
· Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school (or Master’s in Physician Assisting)
· Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
· Current RN license in the practicing state
· Current Nurse Practitioner license
BLS / CPR certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Prior experience in oncology or hematology
· Experience with telemedicine / virtual patient care
· Experience with case management
Familiarity with billing, reimbursement, and charge capture
