Job Description
Our HVAC Controls customer is seeking a Site Superintendent with MEP project and high-rise experience. This job is in the Chicago loop. Will be with the customer Monday-Friday and will manage and drive this large project to completion. Will keep the Project Manager in the loop on updates and help manage subcontractors and timelines. Will manage the schedule and be the eyes and ears of the MEP project. Bluebeam and Procore and MS Project experience are preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
-Prior high rise project oversight experience
-Familiarity with building codes, etc.
-Experience managing subcontractors in MEP space/familiarity with these types of projects
-Comfortable being onsite with the customer daily
-Experience managing a schedule
-Experience managing at least one project over several million dollars
