You will work closely with building owners and operators, architects, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all MEP systems meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design Oversight: Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project scope, and compliance with local and national building codes.

* Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly within the overall project framework.

* Vendor Management: Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure that all equipment and systems meet performance, quality, and cost specifications.

* Construction Support: Oversee MEP installation during the construction phase, resolving issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to design documents and safety standards.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, local building codes).

* Budgeting & Scheduling: Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for MEP components. Monitor project progress to stay on track with financial and timeline objectives.

* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.
