Job Description
The objective of this engagement is to provide support related to the planning and execution of all aspects of organizational change management (OCM), including development of and delivery of communications, for acquisitions. The scope of services includes the following:
Support development of change management assessment, analysis, strategy, planning and execution efforts for active and upcoming mergers & acquisitions (M&A) deals
Develop and execute change management plans
Provide regular progress and status updates, highlighting areas of risk and helping initiate mitigation
Own coordination and refinement of existing technical integration communications plans, in collaboration with Integration Management Office and functional workstreams
Develop and maintain new communications plans and communication deliverables as needed for integration initiatives, in collaboration with Integration Management Office and functional workstreams

Required Skills & Experience
Solid analyst experience within Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications
Understanding & exposure to M&A processes
Ability to collaborate with business operations teams including HR & IT functions to integrate new users into the existing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in process improvement
Insurance Industry Knowledge
Change Management Certifications
Former consultant in professional services
