Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented M&A Lead to join the team Workday HRIT team for a care management company. They will be responsible for overseeing all Workday configuration and integration activities throughout the lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This person will be a liaison between HR, IT, and Corporate Development. This person will support all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. The M&A Lead will manage configuration updates, coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, maintain playbooks and repeatable processes, and lead multiple concurrent projects while ensuring compliance with internal controls, data governance, and SOX requirements. This role also supports user acceptance testing, production cutovers, and post go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration experience.
Strong functional knowledge of multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
Prior experience supporting HRIS M&A activities within a multi-entity or fast-growth organization preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive decisions across teams.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data mapping, and downstream system impacts.

Familiar with SOX applications
