Insight Global is hiring a Lead Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS-based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. The Lead Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud will lead the core ERP Project Business team and Application Support Team to delivery high quality systems solutions in support of modernizing the end clients enterprise HCM. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity.

- 10+ years experience as a Functional Consultant implementing Oracle ERP HCM related systems
- 5+ years experience implementing Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Products and Services
- At least 2 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM related cloud service including HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, and Learning Cloud
- Experience with integrations between Oracle Fusion and 3rd party systems (like Hexagon EAM)
- Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certification
- Previous experience implementing an ERP for a SLED client (state, local, or education)
- Previous experience implementing Oracle Procurement and/or Inventory
