Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Manage technology implementation projects across multiple properties.
• Coordinate infrastructure setup (firewalls, switches) and timeclock/POS installs.
• Oversee customer onboarding for MSP services—gather requirements and ensure smooth transitions.
• Schedule and execute cutovers, handling 5–10 transitions at scale.
• Track progress using SmartSheets and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards while managing vendor relationships.
• Provide clear communication and issue translation for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Customer Success Manager.
• Experience working in MSP environments.
• Proven technology implementation experience.
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills for multi-site projects.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice-to-haves
• Background in hospitality or hotel technology (understanding IDFs, property solutions).
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (SmartSheets; ServiceNow exposure is a plus).
• Exposure to network infrastructure (firewalls, switches).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (flexible approach).
• Understanding of ERP systems or integrations.
